The Pico-Spox 1.5mm pitch cable assemblies are off-the-shelf (OTS) discrete wire solutions designed for easy prototyping and preproduction. They utilize popular terminal types compatible with widely available crimpers, ensuring convenient assembly. These assemblies feature a vertical and right-angle single-row header with a friction lock that provides secure latch protection and reliable terminal retention. The 1.5mm pitch connector offers a compact design with 30% space savings over traditional 2mm wire-to-board connectors. Suitable for applications in consumer electronics, industrial automation, and MedTech, the series includes the Pico-SPOX-to-Pigtail cable assemblies with readily available tooling for automatic SMT assembly. The connectors incorporate polarization keys to prevent mismate errors, have UL and CSA certifications, and support a maximum voltage of 250VAC and per-contact current of 2.5A. Constructed with a nylon housing, phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, and UL 10002 cable type with 24 AWG wire, these assemblies are rated for up to 10 connect/disconnect cycles and operate within temperatures from -10°C to +105°C.
