The Pico-Spox 1.5 mm pitch cable assembly is an off-the-shelf (OTS) product designed for prototyping and preproduction, featuring discrete wire cables with tin-plated contacts. It uses popular terminals compatible with widely available crimp applicators, simplifying assembly processes. The connector includes a vertical and right-angle single-row header with a friction lock for secure mating and terminal retention, and polarization keys to prevent mis-mating during assembly. Made for applications in consumer electronics, industrial automation, and MedTech, it offers space savings of approximately 30% compared to traditional 2 mm wire-to-board connectors. The assembly is UL and CSA certified, rated for up to 250VAC and 2.5A per contact, with a wire gauge of 24 AWG (UL 10002 type).
