ONSEMI CAT24C08WIGT3 Serial EEPROM

The CAT24C08WI-GT3 is an 8KB CMOS serial EEPROM with a 24C08K marking. It features 16 pages of 16 bytes each and supports both standard and fast I²C protocols. Data is written by specifying a starting address and loading up to 16 bytes into a page buffer before performing an internal write cycle. Reading data involves providing a starting address and serially shifting out data with automatic internal address incrementing. External address pins allow connecting up to two devices on the same I²C bus. The device operates within a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, includes hardware write protection, noise suppression on I²C inputs, low power CMOS technology, and supports over 1,000,000 program/erase cycles with a data retention of 100 years.
