The 6N137-000E is an optically coupled gate that combines a GaAsP light-emitting diode with an integrated high-gain photodetector. It features an enable input for strobed operation and an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor output. Internal shielding ensures a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of up to 15,000 V/μs at Vcm = 1000V. This design offers maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while maintaining TTL compatibility. The optocoupler operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C. It supports high-speed data transmission at approximately 10 MBd, is LSTTL/TTL compatible, and has a low input current capability of 5mA.
