The device operates with a supply voltage ranging from 4.5V to 30V or ±4.5V to ±20V, and a temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. It is normally open (NO), pin-compatible with DG411/ DG412/ DG413, and handles rail-to-rail signals. The maximum channel on-resistance is 25 ohms at 25°C (single supply), with crosstalk exceeding 96dB at 20kHz. The on-resistance matching between channels can be up to 1.5 ohms, with flatness within 2 ohms at 25°C.
