This series mode voltage reference draws only 90µA of supply current and can source up to 5mA while sinking 2mA of load current. It maintains a supply current that is virtually independent of supply voltage, with only a 4µA/V variation, and does not require an external resistor. The device is internally compensated, stable with load capacitance, and does not need an external compensation capacitor—saving space in compact designs. Its low dropout voltage, independent supply operation, and ultra-low supply current make it ideal for battery-powered and high-performance low-voltage systems.
