The 216330 series EdgeLock off-the-shelf cable assemblies are designed for secure and space-efficient connections, featuring positive locking mechanisms on the crimp terminals to prevent accidental disconnection. The connectors include a polarization rib to prevent mis-mating with printed circuit boards (PCBs). These assemblies utilize dual cantilever crimp terminals with embossed contact points, ensuring reliable electrical connections over prolonged use. Suitable for various applications such as consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and solid-state lighting, they are UL approved (file no.: E29179) and rated for a maximum voltage of 125VAC/DC and a current of up to 3A. The assemblies are made with nylon housings and phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, capable of withstanding operational temperatures from -10°C to +105°C, with a durability of up to 30 mating cycles.
