The 216331 series EdgeLock-to-Pigtail off-the-shelf (OTS) cable assembly features space-saving design with positive locking for secure mating. It includes a locking mechanism on the reverse side of the crimp terminal to prevent accidental disconnection once inserted into the housing cavity. The dual cantilever crimp terminal has embossed contact points, offering greater contact force and ensuring long-term electrical reliability. The connector housing incorporates a polarization rib to prevent mis-mating to PCBs. Constructed with a nylon housing, phosphor bronze contacts, and tin plating, this assembly is UL approved (file no.: E29179) and supports a maximum voltage of 125VAC/DC and a current up to 3A. It is rated for up to 30 insertion cycles and operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +105°C. Typical applications include consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial equipment, and solid-state lighting.
