The Pico-SPOX 1.5 mm pitch cable assembly features off-the-shelf (OTS) discrete wire connections, ideal for prototyping and preproduction. It uses popular terminals and provides easy access for crimping tools available in the market. The assembly includes a vertical and right-angle single-row header with a friction lock for secure mating and terminal retention. Its compact design offers 30% space savings over traditional 2 mm wire-to-board connectors. Suitable applications include consumer electronics, industrial automation, and medical technology. The series supports automatic assembly with an SMT-type plug header, polarized keys to prevent mismating, and is certified by UL and CSA. It handles up to 250VAC and 2.5A per contact, with 24 AWG UL 10002 wire and construction features nylon housing, phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, and a maximum durability of 10 mating cycles, operating from -10°C to +105°C.
