The HSC series TruStability® piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors provide reliable and accurate pressure measurement with either ratiometric analog or digital outputs. Fully calibrated and temperature compensated, these sensors account for offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearity using an onboard ASIC. They deliver pressure readings at approximately 1 kHz for analog signals and 2 kHz for digital signals. Suitable for measuring absolute, gage, or differential pressure, the absolute versions feature an internal vacuum reference, while gage sensors reference atmospheric pressure. Differential sensors measure pressure between two ports. Designed for non-corrosive, dry gases such as air, these sensors offer industry-leading long-term stability, high accuracy, and durability with high burst and working pressure ranges. They support I²C or SPI-compatible digital outputs with a resolution of at least 12 bits and a maximum of 14 bits, meeting IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D.1 moisture sensitivity standards. Optional internal diagnostics enhance reliability, and the sensors are energy-efficient, suitable for demanding industrial applications.
