The HSC series TruStability® piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor offers both ratiometric analog and digital outputs for measuring pressure within specified full-scale pressure spans and temperature ranges. Fully calibrated and temperature compensated via an onboard ASIC, it corrects for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearity. Pressure readings are updated at approximately 1 kHz for analog and 2 kHz for digital outputs. These sensors can measure absolute, gauge, or differential pressure: absolute versions have an internal vacuum reference, gauge versions measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure, and differential versions measure pressure between two ports. Designed for use with non-corrosive, dry gases such as air, the TruStability® pressure sensors feature industry-leading long-term stability, high accuracy, high burst and working pressures, and a broad range of pressure options. They comply with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D.1 Moisture Sensitivity Level 1, and offer optional internal diagnostic functions. Equipped with I²C or SPI-compatible 14-bit digital interfaces (minimum 12-bit resolution), they are suitable for applications in sensing & instrumentation, medical, industrial, and HVAC markets.
